Except artworks for shows or seasonal sales/exhibition, items may be stored out of our gallery in Jimbocho.. Before your visit, contact by email or phone would be appreciated.

2.Layaway

Except for our auction sales, we can hold the item for those who cannot visit our gallery soon. For further inquiries, please contact us.

3.Price

Price includes VAT,
The price of listed items on our seasonal catalogues (pdf) may be revised after 3 months after the date of issue.

At our auction sale page / catalogue, the prices shown are the starting price of your bids. Please read and understand the terms and conditions on the bidding form.
Framing or Change frame is not included. Please ask us for a quote if you’d like.

4.Payment

Mail Order ： Wire Transfer, Cash on Delivery (only for Japan resident), Credit card, Paypal

5.Delivery or Pick up

The artworks on our auction sales or shows will be released after the sale/show ends.
For others ( items in our stock), we can dispatch within 2 business days after the payment or you can pick it up .
In case the shipping is delayed by some reasons, we’ll pre-advise you the expected dispatch date.

6.Shipment

Shipping cost to overseas addresses is NOT included in the price. Please do not hesitate to ask us for a shipping quote.
For Residents in Japan, Shipping is free for the purchase of 30,000 JPY or more, except the extra large work (over 170 size),

7.Cancel Policy for Mail Order

For Online shopping or mail order, you can cancel the purchase as long as you send back the work within 1 week after the delivery.
In advance of your return, please contact us.
Any cost and charges for the return are at your expense, unless the item has damage or defects caused due to accidents occurring during transportation,

The refund will be done after we receive the item: the costs and charges due to the purchase, like shipping or bank fees, are NOT refunded.
